2. Reservations

2.1. Booking Process

All reservations must be made through our official website, authorized booking partners, or by contacting our reservation desk directly. To complete a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including contact details and payment information.

2.2. Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing all details of your booking. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.

2.3. Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age to make a reservation and check into our resort is 18 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.

3.2. Deposit and Full Payment

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due upon check-in, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Specific payment terms will be provided during the booking process.

3.3. Currency

All rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. Payments made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of transaction.

3.4. Additional Charges

Room rates do not include taxes, service charges, or other applicable fees unless explicitly stated. Additional charges may apply for extra services, amenities, or incidental expenses during your stay.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

4.1. Cancellation by Guest

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate type and time of booking. Generally:

  • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in for standard rates
  • Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified
  • Special packages and promotional rates may have different cancellation terms

4.2. Modification of Reservations

Subject to availability, you may modify your reservation dates or room type. Modifications may be subject to rate differences and additional charges. Changes made within 48 hours of check-in may be treated as cancellations.

4.3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the first night's rate (or the full amount for non-refundable rates) will be charged to your credit card.

5. Check-in and Check-out

5.1. Check-in

Check-in time is from 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. To check in, you must:

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID
  • Provide the credit card used for booking
  • Complete the registration process

5.2. Check-out

Check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-out after 3:00 PM may be charged as an additional night.

5.3. Extension of Stay

Requests to extend your stay are subject to availability and current rates. Please contact our front desk at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out date to inquire about extending your stay.

6. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1. Guest Behavior

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests, staff, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund for behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or violates these terms.

6.2. Room Use

Rooms are for registered guests only. The maximum occupancy of each room type must not be exceeded. Additional guests may be accommodated in rollaway beds or connecting rooms, subject to availability and additional charges.

6.3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our premises:

  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Smoking in non-designated areas
  • Bringing pets without prior authorization
  • Use of cooking appliances in guest rooms
  • Hosting events or gatherings without permission
  • Causing damage to resort property

Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's account.

7. Resort Facilities and Services

7.1. Availability of Facilities

While we strive to ensure all facilities and services are available as advertised, certain amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of any significant disruptions.

7.2. Pool and Recreational Facilities

Use of the swimming pool and other recreational facilities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Please observe all posted rules and safety guidelines.

7.3. Restaurant and Dining

Our restaurant operates during specified hours. Outside food and beverages may not be consumed in public areas of the resort. Special dietary requirements should be communicated to us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them.

8. Liability and Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rangadip Resort Rangamati shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, services, or stay at our resort.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles and their contents, while on our premises. Valuables should be stored in the safe provided in your room or at the front desk.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rangadip Resort Rangamati or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
